The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number and message. These details are stored so the Wise Journeys team can respond to your inquiry. Please do not include payment details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents in a message.
External services
WhatsApp links open an external service. The financing form is submitted to an external financing intake provider. Those services may receive the details you choose to provide and have their own privacy terms. If you use the trade-in appraisal tool and enter a VIN, that VIN is sent to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) public vPIC service to decode the vehicle details; no personal information is sent with that request.
Browser storage and site measurement
The website uses browser storage for features such as saved vehicles and administrator sessions. Optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement are disabled unless enabled for the production deployment and you opt in separately through Privacy choices. These choices are separate from SMS or email follow-up preferences. You can change or withdraw your measurement choices at any time. Measurement does not include contact form contents. Some campaign pages cannot safely load Meta and keep that provider paused.
